OUR WARRANTY:
This contract is in regards to the animals we breed and sell.

We, Corey and Ryan, enjoy breeding and have confidence in all of our animals.  We would never knowingly sell a sick or unhealthy animal.  We stand behind the quality of our animals and we offer a seven day replacement warranty of a like kind and/or equal value within seven days of purchase.  Considerations will be made depending upon the situation.  Animals that become ill or die within seven days must be returned to us and will be evaluated by a veterinarian to determine cause of death.  Depending upon cause of death, exchanges will be determined by us.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your animal, please acknowledge that we will accept your animal back into our care, but no refund will be given.

* NO cash refunds.

* Any evidence of neglect, injury, or abuse (in a veterinarian’s opinion or ours) will void warranty stated above.

* Health guarantee is void if animal is housed with other animals due to the chance of spreading disease or sickness.  Ex: Rabbits CANNOT live with chinchillas due to varying dietary requirements.

*Health guarantee is also void if you refuse to use the feed that you get from us for your animal.  We will discuss with you in every circumstance how to go about changing feed properly.

* PLEASE contact us if anything happens and you are not sure what to do.

 OUR POLICIES:

Deposits: We require a nonrefundable deposit to hold any animal.  Generally, we work on a first come, first serve basis.  If you terminate the sale of an animal, you will not receive the deposit back.  However, if we terminate the sale of any animal, you will receive your deposit back or credit towards another animal.  We expect to receive the deposit within five days unless otherwise discussed.  We are willing to make special arrangements if necessary, depending upon the case.  If we do not receive the deposit within five days, we will put the animal back up for sale.  We are also willing to make payment plans to pay off an animal in full before pick-up.  The amount of the deposit will be determined by us depending upon the type of animal purchasing.  For the deposit, we accept cash, money orders/cashier’s checks, personal checks and paypal.  We will give you a receipt at pickup, or if wanted upon request.  The deposit will come off of the final purchase price of the animal.

Payment:  We require the amount due on your new animal to be paid for in full either at the time of pickup/delivery or before.  *We will NOT accept personal checks at the time of pickup.*  We accept cash, money orders/cashier’s checks, or paypal before pickup time.  We are more than willing to schedule a payment plan with you- IE: every week you may pay $50 towards your chinchilla until paid off, then no payment is necessary at time of pickup/delivery, unless there is a balance.  Please feel free to discuss this with us and we will let you know what works best.  You will receive a receipt along with the purchase of your animal.

Insufficient Funds: If for any reason there are any insufficient funds, you will be responsible for all charges and penalties.

Shipping:  We have never shipped an animal.  We are more than willing to learn more about the process.  We will definitely drive a distance to meet up with you for a fee to reimburse gas/tolls, etc. if given enough notice.  We will have to discuss a time and date that works best for both parties.

Please Understand:  We do ask questions to make sure you are knowledgeable and educated about the animals.  Do not take anything we ask personally, we just would like to ensure that our animals end up in an educated, loving environment.  We also have a contract/warranty that we have you sign that tells us you are willing to put forth effort in order to properly care for our animals.  If for some reason, you have to rehome your animal, we ask that you inform us.  We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any animal at any time. In the event that this happens, you will receive your deposit back, if already sent.  PLEASE Email us with any questions, comments or concerns that you have!
